Our 2022 Wellness & Workout Challenges!
Come along to network, learn and gain the benefits of light to moderate aerobic exercise, in nature! All our events take place on FRIDAYS from 9.45am at different walking locations in Kent.
Connect with our community of Wonder Women through one of our three 'Circuits of Learning' where you will gain clarity of thought, connect with new people and increase your energy! Each Circuit of Learning focuses on building our three superpowers: resilience, connection and flexibility.
Within a Circuit of Learning we run 5 'Net-Walking Workshops' and a 'Workout and Wellness challenge'. The 5 Net-Walking Workshops are sold as a bundle, and the Workout and Wellness challenge can be purchased as a single event.
The Workout and Wellness' challenge includes a 2-hour physical activity experience, delivered by an expert, and a 1-hour super power themed workshop, delivered by Liz & Danielle (Fit For Business Co-founders), focused on developing resilience, connection or flexibility.
The Workout and Wellness challenge works-out your body and brain; giving you a sense of achievement and wellness at the end! You get to connect with a group of other women, have fun and leave feeling like the Wonder Woman you really are!
The challenges take place on Fridays from 10am - 2pm. Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you cannot make the Circuit 'Net-Walking Workshops'. The whole event is outside so please come dressed for variable conditions, bring water / flask, and a snack. Your Investment is £65 Per Workout and Wellness challenge.

The Structure of our Workout & Wellness challenges!
We meet in the Car Park at 9.45am for a prompt 10am start. Please come dressed for variable weather conditions, including heavy rain (we will only cancel in extreme, dangerous conditions). Please bring a drink and snack for after the Challenge, and before perform the super power themed workshop: we will bring the worksheets and clipboards - please just bring your own pen.
10.00am - 10.15am ‘Warm-Up’ We start with a facilitated connection activity to foster networking and building deeper connections with others.
10.30am - 12.30pm ‘Workout’ The selected phyiscal challenge begins! The challenge maybe an opportunity for you to refine an existing skill, or learn a new activitiy. Either way you will work-out your body and brain; giving you a sense of achievement and wellness at the end!
1pm - 2pm ‘Cool Down' After the activity, we will deliver the 1-hour super power themed workshop, with time to reflect and capture thoughts, intentions and follow up plans.
At some of the venues, there is the option to purchase your own drink at the end, but please, always bring your own water.
Toilets are only available at locations with a cafe / pub.
Everyone walks at their own risk and must not take part if they have any serious, underlying health conditions.
You will be invited to join a Circuit of Learning 'WhatsApp Group' where we can answer questions; build connections, and keep you updated with important information.

Pay & Display Parking. Teston Country Park Teston, ME185BX. The extended day will include a 2-hour Stand-Up Paddle Boarding session and a Resilience-Workshop.
